The politically corrupt FBI (Follows Bidens Instructions) twisted the facts in this case to claim that, Bobbie, but it is BS. This is another attack on "unapproved" media.
In contrast there is video of a known ANTIFA leader, dressed in Trump garb, entering the Capitol, repeatedly shouting "burn it down" and he has not been charged. Liberal agitators / infiltrators get a free pass while legitimate conservative journalists get persecuted.

The Biden gestapo glossed over the fact that he was a journalist and was reporting. What they are trying to do is punish independent journalists who might dispute the official narrative, the party line of the Biden White House and Pelosi Democrats. This is just another of the many Biden / Democrat attacks on freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

ANother Stalin Show Trial. He will "have his day" is a corrupt Washington, DC kangaroo court. Jan.6 was a Democrat set up, engineered by Pelosi who refused to allow adequate security for the Capitol, hoping something like this would happen. Then there were the instigators like Ray Epps they salted in the crowd.

Back on plant earth, it turns out Steve was arrested for participating in the Jan. 5 insurrection, not reporting on it. He will have his day in court.
"After the riot erupted, Baker entered the Capitol through a broken door and joined the mob at the barricaded doors to the House chamber, according to an FBI agent’s affidavit. Shipley provided The Associated Press with a copy of the affidavit, which wasn’t immediately unsealed. In another part of the Capitol, the affidavit says, Baker “antagonized” police officers who tried to keep him on the other side of a doorjamb, repeatedly asking, “Are you going to use that (gun) on us?” He remained inside the building for approximately 37 minutes before police led him out of the Capitol, according to the FBI." Taking political prisoners is becoming a right of passage from being a fervent Democratic Socialist to becoming a full-on Non Patriot Leftist.
If a Leftist reporter had been within the walls of the capitol recording the event of January 6th, they would have been hailed as hero. Because this journalist works for a real journalism outlet, this reporter of the record is treated as a political prisoner of the Non Patriot Left. This is what a corrupt federal government looks like, with the most corrupt president in this nation's history at its head.
