Open primaries are a dumb, dumb, dumb idea. A good conservative in Tennessee has paid the price for letting non-Republicans vote in primaries. Here is Beaufort County, conservatives lost two races because non-Republicans were able to vote in our primaries. It is past time to close our own primaries, but the state party leadership has been thwarting grassroots efforts to do that.

JS: If you are referring to a cat fight between conservatives and the self-proclaimed "True Republicans" it is important to recognize that the "True Republican" party leader in Beaufort County, and her minions, are publicly attacking conservative Republican candidates in a general election season. It is not right to be doing this under the banner of the local Republican Party. There is abundant evidence pointing this out. You seem to be minimalizing her behavior. It is clear that this is just not appropriate especially in a general election season. Her behavior has brought us to a point well beyond any possibility of a credible vote of confidence. This is the reality of this sorry situation.

The US has found hundreds of extremists on our terror watch lists who came in through Biden's open borders. Bobbie, climatologists have used tree rings, ice core samples and other things to study the Earth's past climate history. In his famous climate movie, Al Gore stands on a stage before a chart of Earth's climate past showing these cycles or warming and cooling, and does a slippery job of trying to compare them to CO2 levels. Climategate "plumber" Dr. Michael Mann tried to use tree ring data to claim the cycles never occured, but got caught in brazen data manipulation to highly fudge his numbers.

There are also lots of other indicators such as the area where vineyards could be grown, which takes a certain warmth of the climate. In the Medieval Warm Period, vineyards thrived in the north of England and much farther north on the European continent than today. They do not thrive in those places even now, even with the warming we have had in the present cycle.

The Earth's climate cycles have always been accepted in real climate science. It is only some of the globalist ideologues of the CO2 climate cult that find this science inconvenient.

This is a huge mess. I have also heard that Roberson found some of the skeletons in the previous group's closet, and that set off a panic to get rid of him quickly so that could be swept back under the rug. I wonder if those items stemmed from the previous manager or from the Sadler apparatus or a combination of both. Tyree's anti-Roberson posturing would suggest that the Sadler bunch was at least partly responsible. What was really strange was how Perrault also jumped on that bandwagon.

Maybe Washington needs to make a clean sweep and get a totally new set of city elected officials next election. For the next year and a half, Tyree seems to be running the show, and will probably select the new interim and manager. He took the lead in pushing Rorie out.

Not even close, Little Bobbie. It was considerably warmer during the Medieval Warm Period which ended 5 or 600 years ago, and very much warmer during the Holocene Maximum which lasted three thousand years and included the golden era of ancient Greece. Humans and the planet did just fine during both the Medieval Warm Period and the Holocene Maximum. In fact, they prospered.

But you are right in one sense. The totalitarian globalists will keep beating this dead horse, even though they are proven liars. See the Climategate emails, for example.
