I was going to use an alias but I figured why bother!! Last time I made a comment I used an alias and everyone knew who I was and had my name published because of the person running this papers bias. Hood, I read your comment and I have important comments. #1: You are talking flippantly about “The pearly gates” when you yourself said that I follow a “mythical creature” who you referred God to. So please… don’t use God & Godly mentions or referrals of Him in your political spins!! You only talk about “religious things” when you want people to have a reverence for you and your opinion. You’re loosing your grip on people whose eyes are being opened to you. When I read part of this I agreed, educating people on the importance of local politics was awesome. Hats off to you. But that quickly turned to my head spinning from the “crap” & lies you’re telling people about the only true BC Republican GOP in NC. I have attended these meetings & it was NOT stated like you said. Stop lying!

Offshore wind is some of the most expensive there is to produce and will cause our electric bills to skyrocket. It also damages our commercial fishing industry and our coastal tourism industry, and slaughters seabirds, dolphins, and whales. This is a VERY BAD deal for North Carolina.

I appreciate Gun Owners of America, which is the dependable gun rights organization. The NRA has become too squishy, especially on its endorsements.

The Democratics are way ahead of the Republicans in political tactics, who may not survive as a political party if they do not change to more like the cohesive Democratics.

What the Republicans must immediately learn to do is find a Marxist Billionaire, who will fund campaigns for Marxist District Attorneys in large donations; then, and this is brilliant, only prosecute Republicans, or hardworking moderate Democrats and Independents, and let your base of voters go free in almost all cases.

The one thing I now know is that the Democratics truly know how to think "out of the box."

Think about it: What if Republican District Attorneys only prosecuted mostly Democratics, putting Democratics away for marginal crimes, or just investigating the felonies and various treasons that are known, or widely suspected.

Why aren't Republicans resourceful enough to develop highly functional prosecutorial apparatuses such as the Democratics?

Could it be that there are far more sleazy Democratic lawyers than Republican lawyers?

Could it also be that the fewer Republican lawyers are not as corruptably sleazy?

Think about it: Brett Kavanaugh or Merrick Garland: Who would you trust?
