Denial is NOT a river in Egupt, LIttle Bobbie. There have been numerous links showing that children are being subject to mutilation surgery and heavy duty drugs for gender transition, including a couple with a lesbian woman nurse who worked in one of the hospitals doing it and is now a whistleblower. It is happening and you support that "trans" movement. The problem is that you are such a parrot of the far left narrative, that you really believe that anything not in that narrative must not be true. The way the radical left uses the term "hate" is illustrated by the Southern Poverty Law Center, a group that specializes in denouncing others for "hate" but which spews a whole lot of hate itself. In fact they have been successfully sued muliple times by groups they accuse of "hate". In one incident, the hate that the SPLC posted online toward a Christian group radicalized a far left thug to take a gun and try to shoot up the Christian group's headquarters. A couple of months ago, one of the SPLC's own lawyers was arrested and charged with domestic terrorism when he was part of a viiolent ANTIFA assault on a police facility and police officers. This leftie group that specializes in accuses others of "hate" is filled to the brim with hate itself.

You wrote of these people and their "hate," so I requested you to provide a standard of who they are, not an opinion of how we should all just get along. You see in my lexicon "hate" attributed to individuals is a big word, a bad idea, so I am naturally curious as to who are these purveyors of "hate," and asked for that benchmark, which means who the leader(s) are.

While the hate inherent in the left is best illustrated by ANTIFA and BLM, probably the two most hateful and violent groups in America, it is also illustrated by your woke doctrines like CRT and DEI which involve a hatred of white people, especially straight white males. For a lot of leftists, there is a form of self-hatred involved. The left always wants to deal with people as groups instead of individuals, and that mentality is much more susceptible to hate than the conservative concept of dealing with people as individuals.

Well Stan, I would argue that extremists on either side destabilizing. However, extremists are necessary for a healthy society in the same way fire is necessary to a healthy forest. The complacent need to be made uncomfortable from time to time.
Politically nether extreme can govern. Why? Because humanity transcends ideology. The middle understands this and although they will put up with extremism to a degree, they ultimately crush it. Those that govern successfully believe in truth, the rule of law and can accept a free society will include disagreement. We all have to coexist and no one gets out alive. If you want to see hate, violence, and destruction in Amrican politics in the past few years, it has come from the LEFT and not the right. The left likes to use the term "hate" to throw at their adversaries, but the ones who actually spew hate are the far left, or what Margaret Thatcher used to call the "loony left". ANTIFA and BLM are two loony left, and indeed Marxist, organizations that are some of the prime organizations of the far left that spew hate, violence, and destruction. The "green" environmental extremist movement is increasingly doing that, too. But the corporate media (the self-styled MSM) never seems to use the term "far left" while they often throw around the term "far right".
These days, the loony left, of which Baghdad Bob below is a part, will generally call anyone to the right of Mitch McConnell "far right" and heck they might even include RINO McConnell. Many of them would also include old style liberal RObert F. Kennedy, as well, because he does not toe their narrative.

The age old reason that the free world fights far right conservative thinking is because it's not founded in reality. Sure it takes hold from time to time but the fatal flaw of the very far right is hate. Its exhausting. Eventually good people get tired of it and just want to live their lives.

I think what you will find in most cases, Bob, is that kids smart enough to develop conserevative thinking and able to figure out that their teachers are flaming liberals who wear it on their sleave, are also smart enough not to rock the boat at school, figuring it might jeopardize their grades, so they just bring those frustrations over political propaganda in the clasroom home with them. And conservative principles have nothing to do with being a "bigot". Indeed, it is you who are the most race-obsessed person posting on this site.

Kids can be a lot smarter than you think, and the smarter ones can be very attuned to politics. There was a 13 year old in one school district who proved their school superintendant a liar when the kid recorded a teacher in the system, blatantly pushig CRT after the superintentandt claimed there was no CRT in their system. We have a 14 year old in our family who complained last year of two teachers in a school in a nearby county who were constantly pushing left wing politics in class. Of course, the complaints were just to family members, but many kids are perceptive to this politicized material in class.

There was a 14 or 15 year old girl who was a student in the Beaufort County Early College program who spoke to the Beaufort County Conservative Club a year or two ago about how she was being taught CRT there even though the school officials claimed it was not being taught in the county schools. She also said that there was radical gender theory being espoused there. I later heard that this same girl dropped out of school and got a GED due to all the left wing political mess being pushed at the Early College program. The Early College program is run by Beaufort County Schools.

Kids in my family are afraid to mention any conservative opinion in school because they are afraid that will be used against them. This is not an atmosphere we should have in our schools. Some teachers are too obvous in their liberal political opinions, and there is too often a question mark in kids minds about the others. No teacher who may have conservative opinions seems to want those known in the system.
