Governor Pat McCrory was in Washington, D.C. Tuesday evening to celebrate North Carolina's newly minted designation as an “Innovation Champion” on the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)'s inaugural Innovation Scorecard, an innovation performance index based on 10 criteria.
