Leroy Reddick, Jr. | Eastern NC Now

    Leroy Reddick Jr., 61, formerly of Pantego NC and Brooklyn NY, and now residing in Blackstone VA, passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 5:45 am, in Greenville NC. Leroy was in North Carolina spending the winter months with his family in Pantego NC.

    Leroy/Junior is survived by his wife Ines, daughters Amanda and Olivia, mother Rosa, mother and father-in-law Phyllis and Ralph, sisters Deena and Elaine, brother Tony, brother-in-law William, nieces Jamie, Natasha, Nicole, Damaris, and Q'Briya, and nephews Quentin, QJ, Marquee, Dominique, Maurice, and Leo. Along with his aunts Mary Ella, Roberta, Matricia, Melva, Marian, Sandra, Denise, and Helen; uncles Gene, Walter Jr, Robert Lee, Joe, Rudy, and Daniel; and numerous cousins.

    Leroy/Junior was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Sr., his brother George Robert, his aunts Gloria, and Loretta/Honey; and uncles Jodie, Allen Lee, Jerry Thomas, Everette Jr, Walter, and Harry/Buddy.

    Leroy/Junior was a NYC Corrections Officer and retired after 21 years of service. After retiring he continued to work in the security field as an armed security officer for Rapid Armored Services. Leroy enjoyed talking with his friend Kenny Reid, working on cars with his brother Tony, and teasing his young niece Nicole and nephew Maurice.

    Leroy/Junior enjoyed watching television series and movies about cowboys in the old west, hunting deer and other wild game, listening to loud music, and talking and joking with everyone, especially with his mother Rosa, brother Tony, and his young niece Nicole.

    The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 23 2019 at:
