    Ms. Clara Foster, 47, of Washington, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2019.

    Clara was born on January 12, 1972 to Ottis and Beatrice Foster, who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded by a special cousin, Cassie Foster and her loving nephew, Jason Curlings.

    She is survived by her significant other, Chris Everson; her daughter, Casie Elaine Hribovsek; four sisters, Terri Fulford and husband Junious, Joyce Ramirez and husband Arturo, Deborah Taylor, Susie Edwards and husband Sam; her closest friend, Amber Andreoli; other close friends, Tammy Faulkner, Javier Diaz, Stone and Lynn Herendez. Least we forget to mention, her precious baby, her four-legged best friend Lil Piper.

    Clara was born and raised in Belhaven/Pamlico Beach area. She spent her youth working hard and keeping up with the men on her dad's shrimp boat. She later worked as a CNA and as a store cashier at ServeCo #7. She will be most remembered for her shy nature and love of her family. Clara was an organ donor and though her passing was untimely, her family is honored to know that she was able to give to others through her donation.

    The family will receive friends at Washington Funeral & Cremation on Saturday, August 10 from 4-6 pm. A Celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, August 11 at 3 pm at the funeral home with Dean Fulford Jr. officiating.
