Over my last 28 years, excluding my day job, I have participated in politics /governing; serving almost 20 years as a Beaufort County Commissioner.

Joe Biden, in his diminished state of acuity, is at least becoming more honest about an issue that I have well known for almost all of my last 28 yeas: Democrats, now Democratic Socialists, understand that they own the vote of Black folks.

We have just assumed that everyone knew that they (Black voters) were being kept on the Democrat (Democratic Socialist) plantation. We, I thought this was common knowledge at this point.
