    The head of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) has admitted that the US is seeing more deaths from a spike in suicides due to the virus lockdown than deaths from the virus itself. Dr. Robert Redfield, CDC Director, has further admitted than even on top of that, there have been more deaths from a spike in drug overdoses than deaths from the virus itself.

    In addition there is another major category of fatalities from the lockdown. Hospitals stopped other care in order to save space, which turned out not to be needed, for coronavirus patients. Delayed care for heart disease, cancer, and other illnesses, according to other calculations, have also killed more Americans than the coronavirus itself.

    Governor Cooper says he makes his decisions based on "data" but will not reveal what data. He is probably ignoring this data since it does not fit his agenda.
