    Boris Johnson is running into a major roadblock in calling a new Wuhan coronavirus lockdown in the UK, rebel Parliamentary backbenchers of his own party who want no part of another lockdown. The leader of the anti-lockdown rebellion, Conservative MP Steve Baker has told SkyNews that the rebels have enough votes in Parliament to block a new lockdown.
