British Supreme Court Justice Lord Sumpton has blasted the coronavirus lockdowns of the UK government as "totalitarian" in an op-ed he has written for a major British newspaper. Lord Sumpton compared the Scientific Advisory Committee to the radical Jacobins of the French Revolution and denounced "a mutually corrupting relationship between politicians and scientists, in which data is selectively used to support extreme policies."

Lord Sumpton blasted the lockdown as "morally and constitutionally indefensible in a country which is not yet a totalitarian state, like China," adding "the Government has not earned our trust. Sooner or later, people will take back control of their own lives and do the right thing, whatever government says."

The totalitarianism feared by Lord Sumpton is represented in the US by Biden and Harris, as well as Roy Cooper.
