First Biden tax increase is on low income workers | Eastern NC Now

    The Biden regime is expected to propose the biggest tax increase in history within the next year or so, but we saw his very first tax increase as part of the "Covid stimulus" bill, and it falls on low income workers. It targets "gig workers" for companies like Uber, Grubhub, Lyft, Etsy, and even eBay who earn under $20,000 a year, and is expected to raise $1 billion for the government annually. That tax increase was slipped in as section 9674 of the so- called Covid Relief bill.

    How is raising their taxes supposed to "stimulate" free lance workers? Probably the same way that the rising gas prices from Biden's nutty energy policies "stimulate" low income workers, or the utility prices that will rise from Biden's nutty "climate" policies do so.

    There has been a saying for years that when Democrats yell "soak the rich" what they really do is drown the middle class. Now Biden is even taking that down further to low income free lance workers.
