    WASHINGTON, N.C.     The Beaufort County Community College Board of Trustees will meet in person on Tuesday, August 3 at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room in the Conference Center & Early College High School (Building 10) for committee meetings with the full board meeting at 6:30 p.m.

A group of eight students took a big step as they received their GED or high school equivalency (HSE) diplomas from Beaufort County Community College on June 9.
BCCC named the Lisa Long Lecture Hall in honor of the sister of Dr. Laura Staton, the current board chair of the BCCC Foundation.
Students may start out with a clear vision of what program they want to pursue, but through experience in their classes they find out that another program is more geared to their strengths.
Beaufort County Community College will hold information sessions for prospective students interested in its new boat building program for Fall 2021.
