Texas Governor's Executive Order bans bussing of illegal aliens | Eastern NC Now
bans ground transportation of illegals by anyone other than LEO
Hard on the heels of his order to arrest and jail illegal aliens on state charges in a closed state prison that has been reopened for that purpose, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has issued an executive order banning the bussing or any other ground transportation of illegal aliens by anyone other than law enforcement officers. This order applies to various private organizations that are bussing illegal aliens, and it allows for the buses to be impounded and the migrants returned to the border. It also authorizes Texas law enforcement agencies to stop any bus or other vehicle suspected of transporting illegal aliens.
Governor Abbott also blasted Biden for refusing to enforce the immigration laws adopted by Congress and for creating a superspreader event with infected illegal aliens hurting public health in Texas.
