We can send helicopters into battle to pick up wounded and we can land large helicopters to drop off supplies but no one has mentioned picking up these Americans behind the lines. I know there are a large number to deal with but we could send large numbers of choppers and make many trips to get them out of harms way. 6000 troops placed in the right positions could make this pick up possible.
