Truckers vow to shut down Australia to force end to virus lockdowns | Eastern NC Now

Truck drivers in Australia have announced plans to shut down the country to force their governments to end virus lockdowns. This follows hundreds of thousands of people taking to the streets in anti- lockdown protests last weekend, with hundreds arrested.
The truckers have announced that on August 31 they will use their trucks to block every major highway in Australia, shutting down the country, and will maintain the blockade until the government ends the lockdowns. They are warning citizens to stock up on food.
This type of protest by the French yellow vest movement forced President Macron to reverse himself on new climate alarmist laws that would have raised gas prices and otherwise negatively impacted citizens. It could well work in Australia to force an end to the lockdowns. Arresting the truckers will not work because the government will still be left with no way to move goods.
Hooray for the truckets and their striking a blow for freedom and against tyranny.
