Celebrations sweep Norway on end of virus rules | Eastern NC Now

In sharp contrast to lockdown-oriented EU countries where there are frequent mass demonstrations against vaccine passports, lockdowns, and mask mandates, Norwegians took to the streets, restaurants, nightclubs, and pubs to celebrate their conservative prime minister lifting almost all coronavirus-related restrictions and restoring their liberty.  The prime minister's action was backed by Norway's health experts.

This follows by a few weeks Denmark's center-left government cancelling most of that country's virus restrictions, also backed by its health authorities.  Although Sweden has never had many virus related restrictions, its center-left government also removed most of what there were earlier this month.  It looks like Scandanavia can now put in a claim to be the center of the free world.

It also sounds like a great place to vacation.
