"If we allow the anti-energy, anti-prosperity climate cartel to control the political process - if Green New Deal style policies become reality - our nation's future will be dire, indeed."  warns an article in the Epoch Times.   The article goes on to draw parallels with what has been happening in Europe since the EU parliament passed a green new deal style mandate to cut CO2 emissions by 50% by 2030, with massive energy price increases that are likely to keep coming for a long time.

Similar policies pushed by the Biden regime have so far been largely blocked, except where Biden can act by executive order, and that has already been enough to significantly push up our gasoline and natural gas prices.  Legislation now in Congress, however, could make this much worse, including the fake "infrastructure" bill pushed by Tillis and Burr.

In North Carolina, the situation is much more dire, where RINO legislative leaders Phil Berger and Tim Moore have given the radical climate cartel everything they wanted in a radically altered House Bill 951, which commits NC to a 70% CO2 reduction by 2030, considerably more severe than the 50% reduction now bedeviling Europe.
