The Democrats keep taking it on the chin from voters.  The latest is the mayor's office in liberal Columbia, South Carolina, a city that Biden carried in 2020 with 71% of the vote.  Now Republican Daniel Rickenmann has won the mayor's office with 52% of the vote.  He won despite powerful black Democrat Congressman Jim Clyburn actively campaigning for the Democrat, and widespread robocalls into the city from Barack Obama on behalf of the Democrat
