    Good Morning Everyone,

    You are receiving the attached message and email below from Beaufort County's EOC as a method of keeping you informed about our county's response to COVID-19.

    Beaufort County has had 49 new cases since last Friday (11/19).

    Vaccine Appointment Availability:

  • Beaufort County's Health Department also has appointments available beginning Monday 12/6 for individuals wishing to receive their 1st dose of the Moderna, J&J or Pfizer vaccines.
  • Appointments are also available on Monday 12/6 for Immunocompromised individuals eligible for a 3rd dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
  • Appointments are available as early as Thursday 12/2 for individuals eligible for a Pfizer, Moderna and J&J booster shots.

Latest Governing Beaufort County

Against the backdrop of an advertised Republican Caucus that was greatly contended by the county manager and the county attorney at the behest of 4 commissioners polled, the Beaufort County elected a so-called "Republican" as chairman and a Democratic Socialist as vice-chairman.

On November 12, 2020 at 6:30 pm, the Republican County Commissioners and County Commissioner-Elect Randy Walker, R, met as a caucus within the former county commissioner chambers at 121 West Third Street, Washington, North Carolina.
In an inestimable year of damage done to our Constitutional Republic by the politicization of Covid, and to the People and small businesses of North Carolina, who are damaged by the tyranny of bad governing by an Authoritarian executive branch, accountability must now reign.

When we consider the importance of our First Amendment guaranteed Freedom of Speech, to speak truths as we know them, think as we see fit, and politically assert ourselves as we are called to do so, we all must be aware that this freedom could be easily be lost.

At the November, 2020 General Meeting, The Beaufort County Commissioners will be asked to support a well defined resolution, written by Commissioner Stan Deatherage, to support and defend the First Amendment, in particular the segment that guarantees "Freedom of Speech" and a "Free Press."

This was the week of the Democratic (Socialist) National Convention, and I discovered a robust similarity between the Democratic Socialists who are deemed to be their stars, their leaders and the majority of the Beaufort County Commissioners: They do not fully endorse law and order.
When the reports of the North Carolina State Board of Elections (SBE), working in concert with, and for a Democratic Socialist: state's attorney general, governor and plaintiff lawyer to subvert a Representative created general statute regarding elections, I did write this resolution.

Beaufort County Commissioner Stan Deatherage submits a resolution for ratification to condemn lawlessness in America's Democratic Socialist governed cities, and the Resolution falls on "deaf ears".
It has been years since the Beaufort County Sheriff has visited a general meeting of the Beaufort County Commissioners, sending his chief deputy in his stead; however, the chief deputy has also been absent of late.
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services today updated the COVID-19 vaccination dashboard to better show how many people in North Carolina are up to date with current COVID-19 vaccination recommendations.
