Pennsylvania's Supreme Court has struck down the state's mask mandate in schools, ruling that the acting state Health Secretary did not have legal authority to issue such a mandate.  This is a solid blow for freedom.  It results from a lawsuit brought by parents, school districts, and GOP elected officials.

Pennsylvania voters had earlier passed two state Constitutional amendments revoking much of the state's governor's emergency powers.
