    On February 2, the NC Public Health Commission Board at their regularly scheduled meeting will be voting on a request by some ASU professors to add a mandate that all students in NC 17 years old or older be injected with the current COVID19 gene therapy shots. This Board is appointed by the governor (not an elected body), and based on the tangled interpretation of the actual public health law, as described by Judge Davis in our most recent quarantine complaint hearing, "NCGS §130A-145 authorizes the Public Health Commission to issue control measures, and requires the Local Health Director to give the control measures. NCGS §144(f) requires all persons to comply with all control measures, which would include the School Board, Local Health Department, and all their officers and employees."

    Thus the way Judge Davis interprets the statute, the unelected Board can decide on 'control measures' and they have the force of law. Due to the governor declaring a now two-year 'emergency,' the Local Health Departments do not have to follow the statute which specifically says the Local Health Director must declare a public health emergency, which would presumably be based on an actual health emergency (people hospitalized, people dying, etc) before any quarantine can be legally authorized. Thus Local Health Departments are no longer needed or useful in NC as long as Dictator Cooper remains in Emergency Mode.

    My concerns with the Board voting on a mandate to force gene therapy injections into any portion of our population, are these: the process is an insult to representative government, which the NC Constitution guarantees, so it must be unConstitutional. The process ignores the science, which shows that young people are the least affected by the flu variant being used to maintain the level of fear needed to set aside all civil liberties. Fraudulent data from the VAERs database confirms that in the US some 800,000 adverse events and at least 25,000 deaths have occurred from these gene therapy injections, showing that the Jab is neither safe nor effective. The death data is likely to be woefully under-reported, as many deaths from the Jab occur within days, and the VAERs data does not report them, as victims are considered unvaccinated until 14 days after the Jab. Finally, any such mandate would be a crime against humanity (punishable by death), since the FDA rules and the international Nuremberg Protocols state clearly that any experimental medical procedure must be voluntary.

    So the Board voting on a mandate is bad public policy on multiple levels. No one has the legal or moral authority to mandate anyone else accept the risk of the gene therapy shots, as they do not provide immunity, do not prevent transmission, and thus have no value in 'fighting the pandemic,' which is a political ruse, not a public health issue. If this was about public health, the Commission would be advising the public on the many safe, easy, cheap, and effective ways to stop the viral infection early at home.

    Below is the letter I wrote to the NC Public Health Commission Board members.

    Dear Members of the Public Health Commission Board,

    I am writing to you concerning the notice that the Public Health Board will be voting on a petition by some ASU professors who want the Board to recommend a mandatory vaccination with the current COVID biological devices being falsely presented as vaccines for all NC students aged 17 or older. I am concerned that such a recommendation would be contrary to the established science concerning the safety and efficacy of the current gene therapy injections, as these have been conclusively shown to have negative risk/benefit ratios, and thus negative public health implications.

    As a member of the PH Board, no doubt you are aware of the alarming rise in abnormal deaths from various previously fairly rare medical conditions, which rise in 'excess deaths' exactly matches the COVID injection rollout campaign. There is now extensive research available which establishes the causal links between immune signaling interference by the COVID mRNA as formulated and delivered, and the modalities of serious illnesses and deaths this immune interference can cause. These injections meet none of the legal definitions of a vaccine, as they do not confer immunity, or prevent transmission. Data now emerging from heavily vaccinated populations in various countries are now clearly showing that the 'vaccines' actually make the recipient more likely to become infected, and have shown no bearing on preventing serious consequences or death. Thus these products being pushed by the wholly captured FDA and CDC for their big pharmaceutical company owners are now clearly proven to be neither safe nor effective. Private profits must not be allowed to be put before public health.

    I would appreciate assurance from each of you that you are aware of these facts, and will work to represent the will of the people of North Carolina to refuse any such highly detrimental recommendation by the Public Health Board. Please assure me that you will never mandate an experimental medical procedure, as the Nuremberg Protocol defines such a program as a Crime Against Humanity.
