Poll: majority of Americans support Canadian truckers | Eastern NC Now
and would support Freedom Convoy in US
A recent Rasmussen poll showed that majorities of Americans support the Freedom Convoy in Canada, would support a similar Freedom Convoy in the US, and support an end to Covid restrictions.
Overall, 59% supported the Canadian Freedom Convoy and 33% opposed it. Among Republicans, 77% supported it, and among independents, 60% were in support. Among black Americans, 55% support it, while 60% of other minorities support the convoy.
57% support a similar Freedom Convoy in the US while 35% oppose. 55% support lifting the Covid restrictions while 29% oppose.
Polling in Canada has also shown a huge impact of the Freedom Convoy, as opinion has flipped and 2/3rds now support lifting the Covid restrictions.
