Ben Fordham blasts "overblown scare campaign"

ENCNow

Prominent Australian talk radio host Ben Fordham has used the government's own statistics to debunk what he called "an overblown scare campaign" by the Australian government on Covid.

Fordham pointed out that only 1% of deaths in Australia over the last two years listed Covid as a cause of death, and of those 97% listed other factors in the deaths such as heart disease, cancer, Alzheimers, and diabetes.  He observed that the average age of women for whom Covid was listed as a cause of death was 86 and for men, it was 81, both above the statistical life expectancy in Australia.

Fordham's broadcast came as major demonstrations were occurring led by the Freedom Convoys demanding an end to Covid restrictions, and with Australian national parliamentary elections approaching later this year.
