Maori tribesmen do war dance against vaxx mandates at NZ parliament | Eastern NC Now

Polynesian Maori are NZ's largest minority

ENCNow

The multi-cultural opposition to New Zealand's vaccine mandates and other restrictive Covid measures was shown by multiple war dances against the mandates performed by the Maori, an indigenous Polynesian tribe that is the country's largest minority.  The war dances may also have been a warning that at least the Maori contingent of the protesters were willing to fight back if the NZ police pulled a Trudeau on the protesters.  The war dance performed was the Ka Mate haka.  The Maori fought a bloody war with British colonialists in the mid 19th century.
