Ketanji Brown Jackson, Biden's nominee for the US Supreme Court has been getting rave reviews from just about every gun control group out there, some of them openly saying they expect her to rule with their position on gun control. Meanwhile, the NRA and gun rights groups are sounding the alarm.
On immigration issues, as a District Court Judge for the DC district, Jackson issued an injunction blocking President Trump's expedited removal of illegal aliens, which was later overturned by the Court of Appeals. In another immigration case, Jackson struck down the Trump administration's program to reduce asylum fraud.
