Biden has been whining for some time about news sources that present information that differs from his own political narrative, something he calls "disinformation" and he  and the Democrats have called for censorship of it.

Now Putin has joined him and put forward legislation to criminalize "disinformatoin". The BBC has already pulled out its reporters.
