Russian invasion stalled as war crimes against civilians continue

ENCNow

The Pentagon estimated that Russia has suffered at least 28,000 casualties in its invasion of Ukraine so far, with at least 7,000 killed and 21,000 wounded.  That is one fifth of the invasion force they sent into the country.  British Intelligence says that the Russian invasion is stalled on all fronts with units becoming combat ineffective due to heavy casualties.

Meanwhile, Russia continues shelling and bombing civilians in Ukrainian cities, committing new war crimes.  In besieged Mariupol, Russians shelled and destroyed a theatre containing 1,200 refugees that had the word "children" written on it in big letters, with many dead.
