Using the Orwellian Newspeak term ''anti-racism'' which really means ''racism'', Biden's Department of Health and Human Services has revised Medicaid and Medicare rules to inject race into patient care. Doctors can now be paid more to fight ''systemic racism'' than just fighting disease.
