Patrick Neville is a survivor of the mass school shooting at Columbine and sees the answer to stopping such tragedies in arming and training teachers and staff, NOT in gun control measures.  He notes that the Columbine attack happened during the previous ban on "assault rifles" and that the attackers also used bombs.  Here is his view:
