Federal judge forces Biden regime to obey immigration law | Eastern NC Now

in lawsuit filed by Texas and Louisiana

ENCNow

A federal District Court judge in South Texas has ordered the Biden regime to obey the immigration laws passed by Congress instead of just making up the policy it wanted by administrative procedure.  The order came in a case filed by the states of Texas and Louisiana to block lenient policy put in place by administrative rule by Biden's Secretary of Homeland Security Mayorkas.  The policies addressed were limitations on what illegal aliens were subject to deportation.

Biden admin will just ignore it like it did the remain in Mexico order. They do NOT care about the law or orders for judges or the supreme court.
Just look at what Biden has said on guns about executive orders that I am sure will be in violation of the Constitution. On RvW if over turned he will just issue an executive order.
Lets not forget what Biden said not all that long ago about dictators and executive orders which of June 6th he has signed 90.
