Georgia school district votes to arm employees | Eastern NC Now

gun controllers protest this school security initiative

ENCNow

Georgia's second largest school district has voted to train and arm school employees to help secure schools against attack, and the gun control groupies are not happy.  They were shouting their anger as the Cobb County School Board voted 4 to 2 to arm and train school employees.  Training would be waived for school employees with police or military training.

The Georgia legislature had voted earlier to allow school districts to arm their personnel, after training them, to protect students against school shooters.
