CBO: Manchin - Schumer bill will grow the deficit | Eastern NC Now

It will also more than DOUBLE the IRS staff to sic auditors on middle class

ENCNow

The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has reviewed the Orwellian-named "Inflation Reduction Act" negotiated by Joe Manchin and Chuck Schumer and in their analysis it will grow America's deficit for at least five years.  That will grow inflation, not reduce it.

The bill would also more than double the number of employees of the Internal Revenue Service, with most of the new employees being auditors to squeeze money out of the middle class.

Pushing more of this expensive and undependable wind and solar energy with taxpayer subsidies will also do to our electric rates what they have already done to our gas prices.

In the corrupt way of Washington payola, Manchin apparently sold out the electric ratepayers and the taxpayers of his own state and of the country for a gas pipeline to West Virginia.

That is pretty much a given for anyone with a brain to see. It will also increase inflation even more. Raises taxes on companies all they will do is raise prices.
