Washington race for Trump impeacher now neck and neck | Eastern NC Now

Prolonged count of all mail-in ballots has candidates 250 votes apart

ENCNow

A prolonged vote count of all mail-in ballots in Washington state's 3rd congressional district has a Trump impeacher incumbent clinging to a shrinking lead against a Trump endorsed challenger.  The lead by incumbent Jaime Beutler has consistently shrunk during the vote count and she now leads conservative Joe Kent by only 257 votes with 20,000 votes left to count.  The winner of the primary will face Democrat Marie Perez in November.  The presence of two other anti-Beutler challengers in the race complicated things for Kent, but if the trend continues, Kent will be the GOP nominee instead of Beutler.

Beutler is another RINO who needs to go. It is unfortunare that about 47% of the overall vote was split among 3 conservative Republicans while the Democrat is getting 31% and the RINO 22%.

The big scalp will be taken in a little over a week with Liz Cheney going down. It looks like she is positioning to run for president as an independent, however, to further attack the Republican party.
