For a full term pregnancy the gestation period can be anywhere between 37 weeks to 42 weeks. 20 weeks is 5 months pregnant. Over 1/2 way for full term pregnancy. The baby can hiccup, the taste buds have formed, they can suck their thumb, the reproductive system has developed, ultra sound can tell if the baby is a boy or girl, etc.
