Time to oust radical Dems from NC Supreme Court | Eastern NC Now

Our radical Democrat majority on the NC Supreme Court imposed voter suppression on NC voters in a far left opinion striking down Photo Voter ID and a cap on income tax on highly frivolous grounds.  Both had been approved in referenda by NC voters by 55% of the vote, but now the Democrat extremist majority has goose stepped all over those voters in what can only be called a judicial coup d'etat.

Photo Voter ID is used nationally in elections in every developed country in the world and many less developed counties as best practice in election integrity, and by a majority of US states.  The Democrats don't like it because it makes it harder to cheat.

The lawsuit was brought by the NC chapter of the NAACP as surrogates for the Democrat Party.  The Democrat Justice who wrote the Supreme Court opinion "Antifa Anita" Earls is a former attorney for the NAACP, giving her a blatant conflict of interest, and if she had had an ounce of integrity she would have recused herself from the case.

Voters will have a chance at payback to these radical Democrat "Justices" in November, as two of these seats will be up for election.  One incumbent is retiring but the other, Sam Ervin IV, is seeking reelection.  Voters can drive a spike through the heart of the radical ultra-partisan Democrat block on the Supreme Court by electing both Republican candidates for these seats.  The other Democrat running for the second seat, Lucy Inman, is another radical who served as director of a pro-gun control group in North Carolina.

Extreme left judicial activism in North Carolina needs to be given the sack in November.
