McConnell cancels Senate ad buys for conservatives | Eastern NC Now

ads already bought for general election cancelling in several states

ENCNow

Mitch McConnell's Senate Leadership Fund had purchased millions of dollars in TV advertising for the Fall campaign in a number of key states that conservatives won in primaries and are in close general election races, but has cancelled that advertising.  One incumbent, Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin saw his McConnell-funded ads cancelled as did conservatives in close races in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Nevada.  Overall, in two whacks, McConnell has cancelled $23.5 million of ads that were already bought in states where conservatives are the party nominees.  All of these races are competitive but McConnell does not want to help conservatives.

Only a week or so ago, McConnell talked to the media about the GOP probably not winning the Senate, and was blasted by President Trump for that.  Now, he seemingly is trying to make that actually happen by withdrawing support of GOP candidates in close key races.

It is a tough call which McConnell is more a flunky for - the Democrats or the Chinese. He carries water for both. It is time for Republicans in the Senate to put this turncoat out to pasture and replace him with someone who will actually fight for conservative principles.

If the republicans don't wake up soon and dump the democrats from the party things are going to go from bad to worse. We see it right here in Beaufort County when the republican party is full of democrats and the same in the state.

MCCONNELL IS A TRUE POLITICAL SNAKE. i HAVE WATCHED HIM FOR YEARS. HE WILL NOT USE THE MILLIONS ACCUMULATED BY HIS SENATE FUND TO SUPPORT ANY ONE HE THINKS WIL NOT VOTE FOR HIM TO STAY IN POWER. HE USES THAT MONEY DONATED BY OTHERS TO SUPORT HIS POLITICAL LACKEYS.

THOSE DONORS EXPECT HIM TO SUPPORT ALL SEANATE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES. JUST LIKE THE MONEY DONATED IN BEAUFORT COUNTY IS EXPECTED TO SUPORT BEAUFORT COUNTY REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES.

ALWAYS TAKE A HARD LOOK AT rEPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP.
