Kirstie Alley Blasts ‘Inclusive POTUS’ Biden Who ‘Just Called Half The Country Fascist’ | Eastern NC Now

    Kirstie Alley called out President Joe Biden on Monday, claiming he had called "half the country fascist" or "semi-fascist" during a speech to Democrat donors in Maryland.

    The 71-year-old actress sent a message directly to her 1.5 million followers on Twitter about how Biden, in the past, has described himself as "inclusive," and Alley asked how others felt about the president's disparaging remarks.

    "Sooooo our current 'inclusive' POTUS just called half the country Fascist.. or was it semi fascist?" Alley tweeted. "Ahhhhhh I'm so glad he billed himself the INCLUSIVE president .. I feel SO inclusive. How bout you?"

    During the Maryland event, Biden told donors that what "we're seeing now is either the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy," as The Daily Wire previously reported.

    "It's not just Trump," POTUS told donors. "It's the entire philosophy that underpins the - I'm going to say something: It's like semi-fascism."

    Biden went on to compare "MAGA Republicans" to semi-fascism. When pressed about what he meant, Biden told members of the press, "You know what I mean."

    In 2020, Biden was singing a different tune after the election when he declared that he would "unify" the country, as The Associated Press noted.

    "I sought this office to restore the soul of America," Biden shared at the time. "And to make America respected around the world again and to unite us here at home."

    "It's time to put away the harsh rhetoric, to lower the temperature, to see each other again, to listen to each other again, to make progress, we must stop treating our opponents as our enemy," he added. "We are not enemies. We are Americans."

    The "Look Who's Talking" star has proved she's not worried about speaking out against mainstream media when it comes to the pandemic and showing her support for Trump, despite her career in Hollywood. In 2016 and 2020, she told her followers she voted for the former president.
