Bill introduced in Congress to allow states to deport illegal aliens | Eastern NC Now

Arizona conservative Republican Paul Gosar is sponsor

ENCNow

If legislation recently introduced in Congress passes, states may not have to ship illegal aliens to Democrat states, as they would be authorized to send them back home instead.  Congressman Paul Gosar (R-AZ) has introduced a bill to allow states to deport illegal aliens found within their borders, without having to depend on the feds to do it.

This is a great idea, but we will probably have to wait for Republican control of Congress to get it passed.

Gosar is a solid anti-immigration stalwart, and he will almost certainly reintroduce the bill. The real problem is whether the GOP swamp leadership under McCarthy will let it get out of committee, and it is even more dire in the Senate with "China Mitch" McConnell, who whores for the special interests.

I have noticed so many good bills get introduced in Congress when the republicans are NOT in control when it is almost assured they will not pass or be signed. Yet when the republicans are in control of both houses and the WH the bills dry up and there is not much accomplished.
