US Court of Appeals rules Obama DACA migrant amnesty program illegal | Eastern NC Now

The US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled Obama's "executive order amnesty" DACA program illegal, saying Obama lacked the authority to impose it.  In response, Biden called the court's ruling "unlawful" and a part of "extreme MAGA agenda".

This whole DACA debacle illustrates the Democrats trying to turn separation of powers on its head.  It is the courts, not the executive branch that decides what is unlawful, and they ruled that Obama's executive order overreach on DACA was what was unlawful. The Democrats seem to want executive orders to carry more weight than the laws of Congress and orders of the courts.  This is more of the fascist mentality of Obama / Biden and their regime.
