Muslims join battle against sexually explicit LGBT books in schools | Eastern NC Now

Muslims are joining Christians to protest schools making sexually explicit books available to young children.  In Dearborn, Michigan, with has a heavy Muslim population, 600 Muslims turned up at a school board meeting to protest 6 such books the schools were making available to young children.  They loudly booed those who spoke in favor of the LGBT books.  When the name of liberal Muslim Congresswoman Rashita Tlaib, a member of "the squad" who supports those books herself, the Muslim crowd booed her name.
