Radical gender ideology is hitting close to home, as ECU is working with a deceptively named LGBT organization that calls itself "Parents for Public Schools" to implement radical gender ideology in Pitt County schools.  The goal is to "de-normalize" heterosexuality among school children.  They want to create LGBT-focused classrooms and not use any gender-specific pronouns.  ECU is providing the training for K-12 teachers to implement this radical doctrine.  

While this radical program has not apparently yet been approved by the Pitt County School Board, the involvement by ECU in this program is very troubling as they train many of the teachers in schools in the eastern part of the state.  How much indoctrination are new teachers getting in this radical ideology?

This gives greater urgency to electing the conservative school board slate in Beaufort County.
