Biden has committed the United States to pay a billion dollars initial payment of "climate reparations" to Third World countries at the climate summit in Egypt. China, which is by far the leading emitter of CO2 in the world will pay nothing.
This is typical of the anti-America pro-China policies of the Biden regime. Hopefully, the Repubican House can put a stop to this stupid throwing away of our taxpayer money.
GLobalist UK prime minister Sunak also agreed to this travesty at a time he is demanding huge tax increases on his own people.
