Loudon County, Virginia's recently fired school superintendant has been criminally indicted for his role in the coverup of the rapes of two girls in two different schools' girls bathrooms by a boy who claimed to be "transgender" and wore a skirt.   Scott Zeigler is charged with false publication, retaliating against an employee, and falsely firing an employee.  His spokesman is also charged with felony perjury.
