declare that it viiolates 2nd amendment to US Constitution
Seventeen county sheriffs in Illinois have declared that they will not enforce the state's new gun control law, declaring that it violates the Second Amendment to the US Constitution. Many of them said that not only would they not arrest anyone for violating it, but they would not house anyone arrested by another law enforcement agency under that law in their jails. Hooray for them!
