Records have energed that show Hunter Biden was renting the house where Joe Biden carelessly stored classified and top secret documents from March 2017 to February 2018, paying $49.910 per month as rent. That means that Hunter Biden and his various business associates would have had easy access to those documents. Further, Joe Biden's tax returns show that he did not report this amount of rent on his tax returns.
A huge difference in the documents claim against Trump and against Biden is that while Trump as president had full power to declassify the documents he kept, Biden as vice president did not have such a power.
