The International Criminal Court in The Hague has indicted Russian President Vladimir Putin for war crimes and issued an international arrest warrant for him.  The war crimes in the indictment are related to Putin directing the abduction of thousands of Ukrainian children who were taken from their parents and transported to Russia for adoption or send to orphanages to be raised as Russians.
