RINO Texas Congressman blocks GOP border security bill | Eastern NC Now

McCarthy unable to get votes to go around RINO Tony Gonzales

ENCNow

With a razor thin House majority, a tiny group of malcontents can block key legislation.  That is now apparently the case with H29, a key immigration control bill pushed by the Freedom Caucus and backed by Speaker McCarthy.

RINO Texas Congressman Tony Gonzales, already under censure by the Texas GOP and by Republican Party organizations within his district for other things, is blocking HB29 saying it is "unChristian" to block those claiming asylum from entering the country.  In fact, asylum abuse is extremely widespread, and most of those who try to claim asylum are doing so fraudulently to get their foot in the door and legally do not qualify for asylum.

This is the inherent problem with electing RINOs instead of real Republicans.

The public is furious about illegal immigration and the Republican Party wants to do something about it. Leaders like Trump, deSantis, and McCarthy want action. Why is this dingbat liberal Republican Texas congressman gumming up the works? He badly needs to be taken out in a primary. It is good that GOP activists in Texas are already gearing up for that

Your intended point is fine for folks like you, and a less cynical, and younger me. Sadly, there are new age Republicans, well connected and here in Beaufort County, that talk a mediocre game, but have reduced themselves to little more than useful idiots of the Left.

Browny, your well "intended points' are well received and of a great long lasting value on this /these publications.

Stan, thank you for pointing out the weakness of my intended point.
How about, ????, a proven or maybe bona-fide Rino? Voting records could be the judge. BUT WAIT!!! Arm twisting comes to mind. That works for those that are the twisters and harms the conservatives. Sadly it's the nature of the beast that is nourished by $$$$ instead of exercising RIGHT over WRONG.

Browny: What if one of some stature is "labeled a RINO" by a bona fide RINO, who is well accustomed to projecting many accusations against many real Conservatives.

I'll say it again, I'd rather be in hell with my back broken than be labeled a Rino.
