De-transitioner describes cult nature of transgender ideology | Eastern North Carolina Now

Estella Suarez-Hamilton says she was looking for an escape from life's problems when she fell into the transgender cult trap and transitioned to call herself a man named Phillip while still in her teens.  Fortunately, she did not opt for the surgery, but she took testosterone injections for several years before seeing the fallacy of the transgender cult.  Although, she has stopped those injections for a  year or so, now, at age 27 she is going through premature menopause as a result of the injections.  She describes the transgender movement as "a pseudo-spiritual belief system" that is actually "modern Gnosticism".

Pamela Garfiled-Jaegger is, a licensed clinical social worker and lifelong Democrat who has worked with people going through the transgender detransitioning.  She says that the transgender movement "has such paralells to a cult is because it finds the vulnerable people, divides them from the people who care about them, and then provides this kind of faux community."  She calls the transgender movement "a destruction of humankind."
