Kansas legislature overrides Governor veto on bathroom privacy bill | Eastern North Carolina Now

The Kansas legislature has overriden the veto of its liberal Democrat governor to pass one of the strongest bathroom / locker room privacy laws in the country.  The bill will keep persons of the opposite biological sex out of restrooms, locker rooms, prisons, domestic violence shelters, and rape crisis centers.  The bill passed the State House by a vote of 84 to 40 and the State Senate by 28 to 12.

Several other states have passed similar bills this year as did Tennessee last year.

Here is a good example of why such laws are necessary, a boy claiming to think he is a girl entering girls high school locker rooms, exposing his genitals to girls, spitting on girls, and brawling with girls:

Meanwhile, Montana's governor signed their legislation to ban genital mutilation surgery and chemical castration drugs on children, becoming the latest state to pass such legislation to protect children.

This just adds to the disgust by conservatives as the cowardice of surrender monkey legislative RINO leaders Phil Berger and Tim Moore in caving in to Roy Cooper and the left to repeal NC's bathroom / locker room privacy law, HB2.  In the election following the sellout by Moore and Berger, conservative voters abandoned a number of the RINOs who had abandoned them on this issue, causing the GOP to lose its super majorities in house legislative houses.  That was purely the result of the cowardice of Berger and Moore.

These laws are being passed in many states around the country. Neighboring Tennessee has one. North Carolina was the first, but the despicable cowardly RINOs in the legislative leadership, Phil Berger and Tim Moore got their panties in a twist due to pressure from woke corporations and played surrender monkey, repealing our bathroom privacy law, HB2. Phil Berger and Tim Moore are a disgrace and need to be replaced by leaders with a full set of vertebrae.
